Delivery

Below, you'll find information on our delivery options and associated fees:

1. Collection (No Delivery Fee):

If you prefer, you can choose to collect your auction items in person. There is no delivery fee for items that are collected.

2. UK Delivery (£10 per Delivery):

For your convenience, we offer delivery services within the United Kingdom. If you choose to have your items delivered to a UK address, a flat delivery fee of £10 will apply per deliver. This option is only available on items up to 1kg in weight.

 

Important Notes:

  • Not all auction items are eligible for delivery.
  • We take great care in packaging and handling your items to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, and we will provide estimated delivery times during the checkout process.
  • For international deliveries, it is your responsibility to be aware of and cover any customs fees or taxes that may apply to your purchase.

 

 

Returns

Please be aware that due to the nature of auctions, we have a specific returns policy:

Returns within Statutory Rights:

  • In accordance with statutory consumer rights, you have the right to return items that are faulty or not as described within the statutory timeframes applicable.
  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product description, please contact us immediately to initiate the returns process.

No Returns for Buyer's Remorse:

  • As auctions involve competitive bidding, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or changes of mind.
  • Please carefully review all product details, descriptions, and images before placing your bid. Be sure to bid only on items you genuinely wish to purchase.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return within your statutory rights, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the item.
  • We will guide you through the return process and provide instructions on returning the item.
  • Returns outside of statutory rights will not be accepted.

Refunds and Exchanges:

  • If a return is accepted within statutory rights and the item is found to be faulty, not as described, or damaged, we will issue a refund upon return of an item.
  • Refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and the method of refund will depend on the original payment method used for the purchase.
